卵巢癌患者血清VEGF和SE-CAD检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢癌患者围手术期血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和可溶性上皮型钙粘蛋白(SE-CAD)的变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定82例卵巢癌患者手术前后血清VEGF和SE-CAD的水平,并与健康对照组比较。结果卵巢癌组治疗前血清VEGF和SE-CAD均增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且与淋巴结转移和卵巢癌临床分期有明显相关性。行根治性手术组术后血清VEGF和SE-CAD均降低,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而姑息性手术组血清VEGF和SE-CAD差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者血清VEGF和SE-CAD的水平与肿瘤的浸润转移和病程有关,检测卵巢癌患者血清VEGF和SE-CAD的变化,有助于估计患者的预后。Aim To investigate the significance of contents of serum vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and soluble epithelial cadherin （SE-CAD） in the patients with ovarian cancer befor and after operation. Methods The contents of serum VEGF and SE-CAD in 82 patients with ovarian cancer were detected by ELISA befor and after opreration and compared with that of health controls. Results The contents of VEGF and SE-CAD in the patients befor operation were significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05） and correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical phases （P〈0.05）. The contents of VEGF and SE-CAD were significantly decreased in patients after radical operation （P〈 0.05）,showing significant different as cmpared to that befor operation ion（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The contents of serum VEGF and SE-CAD are closely related to tumor invasion , metastasis and clinical phases. The contents of serum VEGF and SE-CAD may be an important index for evalution of invasion,metatasis,efficiacy and progrosis of patients with ovarian
