大学生心理健康教育的体育教学原则

摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展和竞争的日趋激烈,大学生心理健康教育的重要性日益彰显。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法等研究方法,依据心理健康教育的规律和体育教学的特点,构建与研制了有利于大学生心理健康教育的体育教学原则。研究认为:学校体育要有效实施心理健康教育,必须建立心理健康的体育教学原则体系。在体育教学中应遵循快乐性原则、差异性原则、交互性原则、综合性原则。With the research methods of literature study,logic analysis and comparative analysis,the paper proposes the P.E.teaching principle design of the psychological health education on the basis of rules of psychological health education and features of P.E.teaching.The paper points out that the school sport should establish the P.E.teaching principle system of psychological health in order to have the effective psychological health education.The P.E.teaching should follow the recreation principle,difference principle,interaction principle and integration principle.
