全国新生儿疾病筛查血片采集质量分析

摘　　要：目的 了解我国新生儿疾病筛查工作的首个环节--血片采集环节的现状.方法 通过问卷调查,对2006～2007年全国所有开展新生儿疾病筛查机构的血片采集质量进行分析.结果 在接受调查的机构中,2007年采血时间在新生儿出生3～7天内进行的比例≥90%的占73.1%,比2006年增幅达7.3%;2007年血片合格率≥90%的达173家,占98.9%,比2006年增幅达9.9%;2007年全国有4家机构未按规定条件保存血片;2007年血片在8个工作日时间以内递送到达实验室的比例≥90%的达130家,占75.1%,比2006年增幅达13.0%.结论 全国新生儿疾病筛查机构的血片采集质量2007年较2006年有所改善,但尚未达到血片采集质量的理想水平,中部地区尤为突出.Objective To investigate current situation of slide blood sample taking in China, which is the first step in neonatal screening. Methods In questionnaire investigation method, quality of slide blood sample taking of all neonatal screening institutions in years 2006 and 2007 was investigated and analyzed. Results The neonatal screening institutions investigated in which ≥90% of slide blood sample taking time was within 3 - 7 days after birth accounted for 73.1% in 2007, which was increased by 7.3% compared with 2006. The qualified rate of slide blood sample taking of 173 neonatal screening institutions reached above 90% in 2007, accounting for 98.9%, which was increased by 9.9% compared with 2006. Totally, 4 neonatal screening institutions didnt preserve the slide blood samples taken according to required conditions in 2007. In 130 neonatal screening institutions, ≥90% of the slide blood samples taken were sent to the lab within 8 work days in 2007, accounting for 75.1%, which was increased by 13.0% compared with 2006. Conclusion The quality of slide blood sample taking in neonatal screening in 2007 had been improved compared with in 2006, but it has not reached the optimal level yet, especially in the central regions of China.
