榄香烯乳剂联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：背景与目的:化疗是晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)治疗的主要手段,能减轻症状,改善生活质量,提高生存率,但由于化疗不良反应较大,患者往往难以坚持完成;榄香烯乳抗瘤谱广,不良反应小,疗效确切。本研究旨在探讨化疗联合榄香烯乳在晚期NSCLC综合治疗中的应用价值。方法:将60例晚期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例),治疗组在采用NP方案(长春瑞滨+顺铂)同时联合使用榄香烯乳剂400mg;对照组采用单纯NP方案。结果:治疗组有效率为56.7%,对照组有效率为30%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组卡氏评分提高率为66.66%,对照组为40%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:榄香烯联合NP方案能提高化疗的疗效,减少不良反应,改善症状,提高晚期NSCLC患者的生活质量。Background and purpose：Chemotherapy is the main treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.This treatment can alleviate symptoms,improve the quality of life and elevate the survival rate.Due to serious adverse reaction however,it is very difficult for patients to complete chemotherapy.Elemene emulsion has extensive antitumor effects,mild adverse reaction and the therapeutic effect.The purpose of this study was to explore the efficacy of combining NP （NVB＋DDP） chemotherapy with elemene emulsion in a comprehensive treatment of advanced NSCLC.Methods：60 cases of patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group consisted of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with a combination of NP （NVB＋DDP） chemotherapy with elemene emulsion （400 mg d2-d8）,while the control group was treated with only the NP chemotherapy.Results：The efficacy in the treatment group was 56.7% and 40% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of their treatment response （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combining NP chemotherapy with elemene emulsion enhances the efficacy of chemotherapy,lessens adverse reactions,alleviates the symptoms and improves the quality of life for patients with advanced NSCLC.
