摘　　要：目的建立骨性Ⅰ类均角女性颅颌结构系列模板图,为正畸临床骨面型的诊断和预测提供直观的参考依据。方法对190名骨性Ⅰ类均角女性正畸初诊患者的头颅侧位片进行定点,将10个标志点矢量化,按照骨龄分组,绘制系列模板图。结果各组样本标志点坐标有显著差异,形成不同骨龄组的系列模板图。结论建立了一系列骨性Ⅰ类均角女性的颅颌结构系列模板图,验证了颅面部向前下方向生长的趋势。Objective To establish the norm templates according to the skeletal age for female in China and to provide a more convenient and visualized method of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning and prediction of growth.Methods The research was based on a sample of lateral cephalograms of 190 females in China,who are skeletal class Ⅰ and average angle with acceptable profiles.Skeletal maturity assessment was made from cervical vertebrae radiographs.Results A series of skeletal class Ⅰ average angle craniofacial pattern templates for females has been established.Conclusion The facial profiles become straighter as the chin become more prominent.The direction of craniofacial growth is forward and downward.
