摘 要:针对传统α能谱数据采集系统智能化程度较低、体积和功耗较大的现状,在研究片上系统级微处理器的基础上,采用以32位ARM7TDMI-S为核的片上系统级微控制器LPC2220构成嵌入式平台用以采集并处理α能谱数据。该系统配以容量为1M的FLASH,采用大屏幕液晶图形点阵式显示器,并以尽可能少的按键来完成所有操作。相对传统的α能谱数据采集系统,它具有硬件电路简单、实时性好、资源丰富、功耗低等特点,同时人机交互性能得到了提高。测试表明,新型α能谱数据采集系统运行稳定、可靠。At present, α-ray spectrum data acquisition and processing system is poor intelligent perform- ance, large volume and high power consumption. On the basis of the study of the on chip system microprocessor, a new α-ray spectrum data acquisition and processing system has being designed, which uses LPC2220, a on chip system uses 32 bit microprocessor with the ARM7TDMI-S as a core to make a embedded platform, to perform α-ray spectrum data acquisition and processing, the system matches a 1M flash memorizer, a large screen LCD and small key board so that it has the advantages of simple hardware, real time performance , low power consumption and man-machine interface performance compared with traditional system. The testing result indicates the system operation is steady and reliable.
