摘　　要：以888例大学生心理咨询记录为研究材料,进行计量学分析。结果显示:性别分布上,女生咨询人次多于男生。年级分布上,一年级到三年级学生的咨询人次多于四年级。时间分布上,咨询人次逐年增加,月份分布不均衡,集中在11月、12月。咨询类别上,发展性咨询占主体,应激源主要集中于人际关系、个性与人格、生涯规划三个方面。因此,应根据大学生个体咨询的性别、年级、时间、性质与应激源特点,安排高校心理咨询机构服务:尽可能多地提供以发展性为主的个体咨询;在11、12月增加咨询师数量和咨询时段;开设心理健康教育课程、团体咨询和讲座,覆盖到全体学生,多途径提高大学生心理健康水平。Analyze the records of 888 university students＇ individual psychological counseling cases.The results： The characteristics in gender distribution is that girls come to seek psychological counseling more than boys;the characteristics of grade distribution is that freshmen,sophomores,juniors come to seek psychological counseling more than seniors;time distribution is unstable and people increase every year,especially in November and December.The main consultation categories focus on individual development,and the main source of stress focus on three aspects： interpersonal relationships,personality and character,career planning.Conclusion： Arrange psychological service in colleges and universities according to gender,grade,time,attribute,and stressor.Provide individual counselling with the focus of development as much as possible,increase time and number of counsellors in November and December,open psychological courses and lectures to cover all students.
