胃癌患者手术前后血清高敏C反应蛋白及CA19-9检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者手术治疗前后检测血清高敏C反应蛋白及CA19-9的临床意义。方法分别在术前1天及术后第14天测定48例胃癌患者血清高敏C反应蛋白及CA19-9的浓度,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果胃癌患者术前血清高敏C反应蛋白及CA19-9显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),术后尽管有显著下降,但仍高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清高敏C反应蛋白及CA19-9检测对评估胃癌患者病情及预后有重要意义。Objective To investigate the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and CA19-9 in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods Measured the serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and CA19-9 in 48 patients with gastric cancer at 1 day before operation and 14 days after operation respectively,and compared the data with the control group.Results The serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and CA19-9 in patients with gastric cancer were higher than those of the control group（P0.05）,and the levels of those before operation were higher than the levels of those after operation（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and CA19-9 can be used as important parameters to value the illness state and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.
