摘  要:目的探讨关于分子影像技术在脑肿瘤学中的应用。方法收集我院2005年1月~2009年10月送检病理的90例脑肿瘤患者的临床资料。90例患者分为X射线组、超声检测组和分子影像组,各30例。结果三组患者就诊后24h内即明确诊断为胸肿瘤者70例(77.78%),就诊后2~4d内明确诊断20例(22.22%)。X射线组,平均显像时间25min,精确诊断出15例,诊断精确度为50%。超声检测组,平均显像时间15min,精确诊断出18例,诊断精确度为60%。分子影像组,平均显像时间7min,精确诊断出30例,诊断精确度为100%。结论分子影像技术在治疗心血管疾病的临床应用中,平均显像时间少于超声检测组,X射线组平均显像时间最长。而分子影像技术诊断精确度远高于X射线组和超声检测组,且患者注射放射性药物的剂量也可相应减少,值得推广。Objective To study the molecular imaging in application of brain tumor study.Methods From Jan 2005 to Oct 2009 between the submission of 90 cases of brain tumor pathology clinical data.90 cases of cardiovascular patients were divided into X-ray group,ultrasonic testing group and the molecular imaging group.Results 70 patients were diagnosed after visiting 24h,20 cases were diagnosed after visiting within 2~4d.X-ray group,the average imaging time of 25 minutes,the number of cases accurately diagnosed 15 cases of illness,diagnostic accuracy of 50%.Ultrasound group,the average imaging time of 15 minutes,the number of cases accurately diagnosed 18 cases of illness,diagnostic accuracy of 60%.Molecular Imaging group,the average imaging time of 7 minutes,the number of cases accurately diagnosed 30 cases of illness,diagnosis accuracy was 100%.Conclusion Molecular imaging technique in cardiovascular clinical applications,the average imaging time is less than ultrasonic testing group.X-ray group of the average imaging time is the longest.The molecular imaging diagnostic accuracy is much higher than X-ray group and the ultrasonic testing group,and the patient dose injection of radioactive substances may also be reduced accordingly,molecular imaging is worth promoting.
