摘　　要：自主学习是研究高校班级自主管理的重要内容。文章从高校班级自主管理的角度出发,分析自主学习的内涵和目标,设计自主学习过程,讨论自主学习的保障机制,以期构建完整的自主学习体系,促进学生自主学习与管理,使之得到全面发展。Self-regulated Learning（SRL）is an important topic of university students selfgovernance.This thesis analyzes the meaning and the target of Self-regulated Learning,designs the progress of Self-regulated Learning and discusses the guarantee mechanism of Self-regulated Learning.The author wants to build a system on Self-regulated Learning,boosting Self-regulated Learning and self-governance of the students and making them get all-round development.
