复方苦参注射液联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察复方苦参注射液联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的安全性及疗效。方法：将64例患者随机分为两组，治疗组32例采用复方苦参注射液联合NP方案治疗；对照组32例单纯用NP方案化疗。结果：有效率治疗组为68．75％，对照组为40．63％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组化疗后不良反应低于对照组。化疗后两组患者外周血细胞均有一定程度降低，但对照组下降明显（P〈0．01）。结论：复方苦参注射液在晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗中有减毒、增效、提高生存质量的作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy （NP）, which was applied to treat advanced non-small cellular lung cancer in 64 cases. Methods 64 patients were divided randofialy into treatment group（compound matrine injection combined with NP, 32 cases ） and control group （NP, 32 cases）. Results The efficacious rate of treatment group was 68.75% and that of control group was 40.63%, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The toxic effect of treatment group was lower than that of control group. After chemotherapy, the cells in periplieral blood decreased in both groups, but significantly lower in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Compound matrine injection is useful for treating advanced non-small cellular lung cancer, which could reduce the toxic effect of chemotherapy, increase therapeutic effect, improve life quality of patients and so on.
