摘　　要：以高性能集成混合信号芯片C8051F020为主控制器,设计了基于ISA总线的运动控制卡,使系统数据处理能力及插补速度与精度优于采用一般单片机与串口组合的运动控制卡,同时避免了采用DSP所带来的高成本。最后完成了MCU的插补控制程序和PC机Windows下的驱动调试程序的开发。Taking the high-performance C8051F020 as controller,a motion control card system based on ISA-bus is designed.The data processing capacity,interpolation speed and accuracy of the system are better than that using the general MCU,while avoiding the high costs caused by use of DSP.The development of MCU interpolation program and driving program are completed in the end.
