摘　　要：网络原生数字资源是直接在互联网活动中产生的或仅仅发布于互联网,并仅以数字形式传播交流、保存利用的网络数字资源;文章从价值哲学角度探讨网络原生数字资源对人类社会的正向价值和负向价值,并指出通过网络原生数字资源建设对网络原生数字资源的社会价值进行优化。In this paper, the author explains the concept of network born digital resource as networked digital resource generated directly in Internet activities, or simply released on the Internet, propagated and communicated, saved and used only in digital form. The paper studies on the positive value and negative value of network born digital resource from value philosophy angle analysis., and pointes out that network born digital resource construction can optimize the social value of network born digital resource.
