某制鞋厂工业通风系统通风参数确定与通风设计优化

摘　　要：目的为控制某制鞋厂涂胶生产工艺过程所使用的粘合剂中苯系物的挥发扩散,对生产车间中原有通风设备进行更新,使车间内外环境中苯系物浓度值及工业通风系统设计符合国家相关法律、法规、标准、规范的要求。方法对现场情况进行调查并依据工业通风学原理,对原有初步设计方案中缺乏工业通风系统设计理念的情况提出合理化意见。根据现场生产条件确定合适的罩口形式及控制点风速,系统地计算在满足生产工艺及场地要求的前提下各罩口的适宜面积及所需排风量。选择满足系统风量要求的有害气体回收净化处理设备,对整体通风系统加入降噪设计。通过计算该套通风系统各段局部阻力及延程阻力选择适宜型号的风机。结果通过对该套通风系统运行阶段车间内外环境中苯系物浓度的检测,苯、甲苯、二甲苯最高浓度值分别为3.10、19.45、4.97mg/m3。结果均满足国家相关标准规定,较之原有通风系统条件下苯系物浓度值有了明显下降;噪声检测结果显示,噪声值[最高为47.6dB(A)]符合国家要求。结论该套通风系统可有效控制苯系物的挥发扩散,能满足该制鞋厂实际使用需求。[Objective]In order to control the volatilization and diffusion of benzene series in adhesive used in coating process in a shoemaking factory,the old ventilation equipment in？workshop was renewed,so as to make the benzene series concentrations inside and outside of workshop,and design of industrial ventilation system meet the requirements of related national law,regulation,standard and specification.[Methods]The field conditions were investigated,based on the principle of industrial ventilation,rational suggestion aimed at the absence of design idea of industrial ventilation system in preliminary project was put forward.According to field condition,the comportable type of dust-collector cover and wind velocity of control point were defined.The suitable area and wind exhaust volume were calculated systematically,which were accorded with the production technology and site requirements.The harmful gas purification equipment which met the air volume system requirement was adopted,and the noise reduction design was applied in whole ventilation system.The appropriate type of blower was chosen according to the local resistance and extension resistance of different segment in this ventilation system.[Results]The benzene series concentrations inside and outside of workshop were detected in the operating period of this ventilation system,and the highest concentrations of benzene,toluene and dimethylbenzene was 3.10 mg/m3,19.45 mg/m3 and 4.97 mg/m3,respectively,all of the results reached the national standard.Compared with old ventilation system,the concentrations of benzene series decreased significantly.The highest noise value was 47.6dB （A）,which conformed to the national standard[Conclusion]This ventilation system can effectively control the volatilization and diffusion of benzene series,and meet the actual requirements of this shoemaking factory.
