农村学校师生与卫生管理相关人员学校卫生关注点的定性研究

摘　　要：目的了解瑞金市农村中小学校师生与卫生管理相关人员对学校卫生的关注重点,找出薄弱环节,采取相应措施。方法运用定性研究个人深入访谈法,从选定的10所农村中小学和所在地卫生部门管理和服务人员中选定80人进行深入访谈。结果学校饮水安全、厕所、校园周边环境卫生和学校卫生防病意识与重视程度均是被访者的关注重点,认为各校对健康教育师资都有需求。结论必须加大农村学校卫生基础设施建设的投入和健康教育师资的培养,强化学校卫生防病意识和学校卫生工作的科学管理。[Objective]To understand the focus of school health among teachers and students in rural primary and middle schools and personnel related to health management in Ruijin,find out the weak links and adopt corresponding measures.[Methods]The in-depth individual interview of qualitative study was adopted,and the in-depth interview was performed in 80 people selected from 10 rural primary and middle schools,as well as managers and service workers in health departments.[Results]The focuses of interviewees were drinking water safety of schools,toilets,environmental sanitation around the campus,consciousness of disease control and recognition degree about school health.There were demands of health education teacher in all schools.[Conclusion]The investment in health infrastructure and training of health education teacher in rural schools must be improved,and consciousness of disease control and scientific management of school health work should be strengthened.
