摘 要:目的探讨慢跑锻炼对公务员体质状况的影响。方法采用问卷调查法对持续进行4个月慢跑锻炼的296名公务员锻炼前后进行体质测试分析,并作统计比较。结果长期慢跑可在一定程度上减轻体重,降低BMI值,提高心肺功能,增加肌力,改善柔韧性、平衡能力和灵敏性。结论慢跑锻炼有利于改善公务员的体质状况,是适合公务员强身健体的运动方法。[Objective]To discuss the effect of jogging exercise on civil servants' physique.[Methods]A total of 296 civil servants who kept on jogging exercise for 4 months were selected through questionnaire survey.Physical fitness test was performed before and after exercise,the results were compared.[Results]Long term jogging exercise could lose weight,lower BMI,improve heart and lung function,increase muscle strength,and improve flexibility,balance and agility.[Conclusion]Jogging exercise can improve the physical condition of the civil servants,is a suitable exercise for them to keep fit.
