早期白内障摘出联合人工晶体植入术对于闭角型青光眼的防治

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期白内障摘出联合人工晶体植入术对于闭角型青光眼的防治作用。方法:25例28眼具有闭角型青光眼危险解剖因素的早期白内障患者,对比分析其术前术后视力、眼压、中央前房深度(ACD)以及房前角等情况。结果:术后所有患者视力提高,眼压降低,中央前房深度加深、房角不同程度开放。结论:对于有青光眼危险解剖因素的白内障患者提倡早期白内障摘出联合人工晶体植入手术,既可以提高视力,又可以控制眼压,可有效防治合并白内障的原发性闭角型青光眼,达到理想的治疗白内障和青光眼的目的。Objective： To implore the earlier cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation for primary angle-closure glaucoma＇ prevention and treatmen.Methods： 25 cases 28 eyes of earlier cataract,with the risk factors of angle-closure glaucoma,were investigated and analyzed the intro-ocular pressure, the visual acuity,anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber angle before and after the operation.Results： The visual acuity increased,the intraocular pressure decreased,the anterior chamber depth deepened and the anterior chamber angle changed widened or reopened in all patients after the operation.Conclusion： Early stage cataract patients,with the risk factors of angle-closure glaucoma should be operated with cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,which can improve the visual acuity,decrease intro-ocular pressure,prevent and treat angle-closure glaucoma incorporated with earlier cataract.It＇s an ideal choice not only for cataract but also for glaucoma.
