摘　　要：石房蛤毒素(Saxitoxin,STX)属海洋麻痹性贝类中毒毒素(Paralytic shellfish poison,PSP),为剧毒海洋生物毒素,来源于海洋或淡水中某些有毒藻类,并通过食物链蓄积于贝类、蟹类等水产品中,由误食有毒水产品而引发的中毒事件时有发生。随着科学家们对STX毒素的深入研究,STX在赤潮检测、分子生物学、神经生物学、医学诊断、药物开发、食品卫生和安全、军事战剂等领域的应用越来越重要。对石房蛤毒素的来源、结构、性质、毒性、作用机理、提取与纯化、全合成及应用研究方面进行综述。Saxitoxin is potent marine biotoxin that can cause paralytic shellfish poisoning when consumed.It is from poisonous algae in ocean or fresh water and accumulats in shellfish,crab by food chain.Food poisoning because of eatting poisonous fishery products by mistake is often a major public health issue for food hygiene and overall food safety.With the development of research,Saxitoxin is more and more important in red tide detection,molecular biology,neurobiology,medical diagnosis,medicine exploitation,food safety and warfare agent application.Six areas are covered in the paper,including their resource,structure,character,mechanism of action total,synthesis and production,exploratory development,and prospect.
