摘 要:紫菜多糖是紫菜的重要活性成分,国内外学者对紫菜多糖作了大量研究表明紫菜多糖具有很强的免疫功能增强作用。然而近期有研究发现紫菜多糖具有一定的免疫抑制作用,是多种免疫抑制组分和免疫促进组分组成的复杂混合物,参与免疫功能的正负双向调节。因此对紫菜多糖双向免疫调节功能中的研究作一综述。Porphyran Polysaccharide,as the main element of porphyra,was studied thoroughly by the researchers both in China and abroad.Porphyra polysaccharide has a strong role in enhancing immune function.However,it is found that porphyra polysaccharide has a certain immune inhibition recently.Porphyra polysaccharide is a complex compound which is formed by various immune inhibitory and stimulative elements.It plays a role in regulating the immune functionality in both sides bidirectionally.A literature review about the regulation of immune functionality of porphyran was done on the basis of previous researches.
