区域科技管理中的技术预见探析——以福建省为例

摘　　要：在理清技术预见与技术预测异同的基础上,论述技术预见在区域科技管理中的作用与意义;分析福建省开展技术预见的必要性和可行性;提出区域开展技术预见应立足地方特色,合理定位,注重自身系统性、连续性和可持续性;注重与国家技术预见的协调与配合;注重与周边省市科技政策的衔接与协作。Basis on clarifying the similarities and differences between Technology Foresight and Technology Forecast, We discusses the role and significance of technology foresight in the regional science and technology management. Analysis the necessity and feasibility of technology foresight of Fujian Province. Proposed regional Technology Foresight based on local characteristics should be pay attention to their systematic, continuity and sustainability, focus on coordination of national technology foresight, focus on convergence and collaboration with the science and technology policy of neighboring provinces.
