摘　　要：本文结合财务风险的成因,基于金融危机视角,提出企业财务风险预警系统、防范与控制系统、反馈系统的基本框架,进而提出企业构建财务风险管理体系的新思路,旨在解决金融危机环境下企业防范和应对财务风险的关键问题。The paper proposes a new idea for establishing the enterprise financial risk management system based on financial crisis and the causes of financial risk. The purpose of the thesis is to resolve the key issues of financial risks through three aspects：corporate financial risk early warning systems,prevention and control system and feedback system.
