兔眼晶体囊外摘除术后眼前段组织标本制作新方法

摘　　要：目的：观察晶体囊外摘除术（extracapsularlensextraction,ECLE）后眼前段组织。方法：兔眼前段组织的角膜中央制成4－5mm宽条带，经固定、脱水、浸蜡后，切除角膜条带一侧的眼球，并立即包埋在蜡块中。结果：制得包括易移位、变形的晶体残囊膜的眼前段组织切片。结论此组织制片法可作为一种良好的研究ECLE术对眼前段组织的影响和深入观察后发性白内障的方法。Objectives: To study anterior section of rabbit eyes after extracapsular lens extraction (ECLE).Methods: Comeal strip about 4 ~ 5 mm wide was made in the central cornea of anterior section. After solidified, dewateredand immersed in wax, the wall of the anterior section was vertically cut off along just one st(le of the comeal strip. Theretained sample was wrapped up in wax immediately . Then sliced. Results: The tissue slices were got , which includedthe retained lens capsules that were liable to move and change. Conclusion: Tile above mentioned methods are beneficialto the investigation of effect on anterior section of eye hall after ECLE and after cataract.
