苯丙酮尿症患儿治疗后气质特征的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨苯丙酮尿症患儿特殊饮食治疗后的气质特质以及与正常儿童气质的差别。方法 2000年至2009年采用中国儿童气质量表对潍坊市新生儿疾病筛查中心确诊的71例PKU患儿和135例正常儿童进行测查。结果苯丙酮尿症患儿气质类型分布:PKU组I-D型、D型、S型所占比例较多,与正常儿童组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。PKU组在活动水平、节律性、适应性、持久性、心境、注意分散和反应阈7个维度的得分与正常儿童组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗后的PKU患儿的气质有其独特性,其消极气质类型比例高于正常儿童,应针对患儿的气质特征进行综合治疗。Objective：To explore the temperament characteristic of PKU children and difference from normal child after special food and drink treatment.Methods：There were 71 cases PKU patients and 135 normal children who were tested by Chinese Child Temperament Scale from 2000 to 2009 years.Result：There was obvious increase in the percentage of the D-type,I-D-type and S-type among the PKU group.The score of the PKU group and normal children group in their temperament dimension showed a great difference in there activity level,rhythmicty,adaptability,persistence,Situation of mind,distraction and threshold of reaction.Conclusion：The temperaments of PKU children have peculiar characteristics,and they have a more negative temperament.Multiple treatment should be used for those PKU children.
