摘　　要：目的 观察食管癌患者癌组织中Fas相关磷酸酯酶（FAP-1）的表达,探讨FAP-1表达在肿瘤发生发展中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测65例食管癌及16例食管良性病变标本中FAP-1蛋白的表达水平,12例正常食管组织为对照组.结果 FAP-1蛋白的阳性表达主要定位在细胞质内,少数也可见胞膜着色.FAP-1蛋白在正常食管组织中未见表达,良性病变中的表达率为12.5%,而在恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为76.9%,与前两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.FAP-1的表达与肿瘤的分化程度和转移呈显著相关（P＜0.05）,与年龄和肿瘤大小无明显相关（P＞0.05）.结论 FAP-1在食管癌组织中阳性表达率高达76.9%,在临床有转移、分期晚和病理分级低的组织中表达增高,可能与食管癌的发生发展相关.Objective To investigate the roles of Fas-associated phosphatase-1 （FAP-1） in the pathogenesis of esophagus cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expression of FAP-1 in benign esophagus disense （16 cases） , esophagus cancer （65 cases） and the normal controls （12 cases）. Clinical pathological data were analyzed. Results There was no FAP-1 expression in normal controls and low positive expression rate in benign esophagus disense （13.5%）, but high positive expression rate （76.9% ） was found in esophagus carcinoma （P 〈0.01）. Moreover, the expression of FAP-1 was markedly associated with distant metastasis and pathological grade of tumors （ P 〈 0.05）, but not related to age and tumor size （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The positive expression rate of FAP-1 is highly up to 76.9% in esophagus cancer and its expression is associated with distant metastasis and pathological grade. It indicates that FAP-1 may play an important role in the etiology and development of esophagus cancer.
