中国企业的绿色制造战略与组织绩效的关系研究

摘　　要：绿色制造日益受到各国政府、企业及学术界的关注。但我们仍不太清楚中国企业采取绿色制造战略的程度及益处。本文通过问卷调研来考查中国制造业是否在采用绿色制造战略,并进一步明确采用这种绿色制造战略的企业是否具有更高水平的组织绩效。研究发现中国企业实施绿色制造战略的情况尚不乐观,但研究结果支持企业绿色制造战略与企业绩效之间具有直接的、正向的联系。The topic of green manufacturing has got more and more attention from governments,enterprisers and academic researchers.However,in China there＇s still paucity on the level of green manufacturing strategy adopted as well as the benefits received in firms.The present study aimed to investigate whether green manufacturing strategy was adopted in industry,and to make it clear whether the extent that green manufacturing strategy deployed by firm is related with its organizational performance.We find that even there is a direct,positive correlation between green manufacturing strategy and the firm＇s performance,this strategy is not generally deployed by Chinese firms.
