摘　　要：生态文明是人类文明发展的必然趋势。生态文明需要依托制度建设才能够健康发展。我国生态文明的制度建构存在一系列不足,制约了生态文明建设。我国加强生态文明建设,必须强化制度保障,需要在政治、政策和法律三个方面采取相应的措施。Ecological civilization is the inevitable trend of development of human civilization.Need to rely on system building,ecological civilization can develop healthily.Ecological civilization construction has been constrained by a series of inadequate in system construction in China.We must strengthen the system security for our country＇s ecological civilization construction.We need in the political,policy and law three areas to take corresponding measures.
