承接研发离岸外包提升技术创新能力的途径研究

摘　　要：中国企业通过承接研发离岸外包,可以参与到全球研发当中获得技术和经验的积累,同时学到国际化管理运作模式。承接研发离岸外包是提高自主创新能力的方式之一,但关键是企业能否在研发外包的过程中真正的积累自主创新能力。对此,通过研究提出相应的对策,认为承接企业应通过吸引高水平的研发离岸外包项目和提高承接企业技术知识的吸收能力,在承接研发外包的过程中提升技术创新能力。Chinese enterprises can participate in global RD to access high-tech and accumulate experience,and can learn the international management mode through undertaking the RD offshore outsourcing.Undertaking RD offshore outsourcing is one of the ways to improve independent innovation capability,but the key is the enterprises accumulate their independent innovation ability during the process of RD offshore outsourcing.In this regard,this paper studies the corresponding measures that enterprises should attract high-level RD offshore outsourcing projects and enhance the technical absorbing capacity to improve independent innovation capability during the process of RD offshore outsourcing.
