摘　　要：鉴于传统人力资源风险指标体系和VC背景的创业企业特点,构造VC背景的创业企业人力资源风险预警指标体系,采用AHP-Delphi法计算并修正AHP指标权重;针对人力资源风险指标难以量化的问题,借助模糊数学方法,建立VC背景的创业企业人力资源风险模糊综合评价预警模型,并进行实例研究。According to the traditional human resource risk index system and the characteristic of VC backed venture enterprise,the authors form the early-warning index system of VC backed venture enterprise,and adopt AHP-Delphi method to calculate and modify the analytic hierarchy process index weight.Owing to the difficulty of measuring the index of the human resource risk,the authors build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of human resources risk of VC backed venture enterprise by virtue of fuzzy mathematics.
