摘  要:中药材作为一种特殊的商品,在我国的使用历史悠久。因其来源复杂、品种各异,使得市场流通的中药材规格复杂,质量等级良莠不齐。传统感官评价方法在中药材真伪优劣的鉴别和保证临床用药安全有效方面发挥着重要作用。但传统感官评价方法大多为主观描述性指标,准确性相对较差,经验传承困难,评判结果的重现性差。在实地走访了大黄药材的主要产区、全国主要的药材市场、药农、药商、药厂、科研院所等,摸查了解大黄药材种植/加工/分等/流通过程中与商品规格有关问题的基础上,就如何借鉴农产品、食品、木材等行业规格等级评价的方法,对中药材传统的感官评价方法客观定量化研究提出思路和见解。Traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMM) have been well used in China with a long history as special commodities.However,the current commercial specifications were not uniform and normative for their diverse species and complex producing origins,also,the quality ranks had large disparity.Although the traditional experiential identification had played a very important role in quality control of TCMM,the assessing indexes of the method were mainly subjective,non-quantitative,and with bad accuracy.Thus the reproducibility of experiential identification did not usually meet the requirement and the method was difficult to be comprehended and inherited.In this paper,ideas to establish the quantitative experiential identification were put forward and discussed,referring the quantitative methods in food and wood,etc.,after surveyed the drug planters and sellers in main production area,the large markets for TCMM,the factories and institutes of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.
