摘　　要：目的研究姜黄Curcuma longa的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从姜黄的95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了1个化合物,命名为姜黄酮J(curcumaone J)。结论该化合物为新化合物。Objective To study the chemical constituents from Curcuma longa.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results One new compound was isolated from the EtOH extract of C.longa,which was named curcumaone J.Conclusion Curcumaone J is a new compound.
