金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的疗效、血液毒性和对生活质量、血癌胚抗原(carcino-embryonic antigen,CEA)以及免疫功能的影响。方法 62例结直肠癌肝转移患者被分为治疗组和对照组,均行OLF方案化疗,治疗组同时口服金龙胶囊;对照组口服利血生。结果治疗组近期临床受益率、血CEA下降比率、生活质量提高率高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞降低程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移具有增效减毒及提高免疫功能的作用,可作为化疗的辅助治疗药物。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and hematological toxicity of the Jinlong capsule combined with chemotherapy to treat the liver metastasis of coloreetal cancer, as well as its influence on life quality, blood carcino - embryonic antigen （CEA） and immune function. Methods A total of 62 cases of colorectal cancer with liver metastasis were divided into treatment group （ n = 31 ） and control group （n =31 ）. OLF chemotherapy was applied in both groups, meanwhile, the Jinlong capsule was taken orally in the treatment group and leucogen was taken orally in control group. Results The recent clinical beneficial rate, decreased percentage of blood CEA and improving rate of life quality in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The decreased degree of leukocytes in the treatment group was significantly lower, and CD3, CD4, and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were remarkably superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The Jinlong capsule combined with chemotherapy to treat the liver metastasis of colorectal cancer may not only enhance efficacy but also decrease hematological toxicity, and improve immune function. Therefore, the jinglong capsule might be considered as an assistant drug in the chemotherapy.
