摘 要:目的使用便携式气相色谱仪OralChroma^(TM)检测口气中各硫化物的浓度并探讨与牙周临床指标的关系。方法鼻闻法选择口源性口臭30例患者,用OralChroma^(TM)检测口气中硫化氢(H_2S)、甲基硫醇(CH_3SH)、二甲基硫[(CH_3)_2S]的浓度,记录受检者牙周临床指标。结果鼻闻法口气值(organoleptic score,OS)与口气中H_2S、CH_3SH、(CH_3)_2S水平间均呈正相关(P<0.05),CH_3SH与菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、牙周探诊深度(probingdepth,PD)、出血指数(bleeding index,BI)均呈正相关(P<0.05),而(CH_3)_2S仅与PD和BI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CH_3SH与牙周病相关性明显;H_2S的口腔来源可能最为表浅,(CH_3)_2S可能主要来源于深牙周袋。Objective To detect volatile sulfur compounds(VSCs) ingredients in mouth air and investigate the correlations between VSCs levels and periodontal clinical parameters. Methods Thirty patients complained oral malodor were selected. The concentrations' of H2S, CH3SH and (CH3 )2S were detected by OralChromaTM. Then the periodontal clinical parameters were recorded. Results H2S, CH3SH and (CH3 )2S levels by the OralChromaTM were positively correlated with the organoleptic score(OS). Concentration of CHz SH was positively correlated with plaque index ( PLI), probing depth ( PD), bleeding index(BI) (P 〈 0.05 ). (CH3 )2S level was positively correlated with PD and BI (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CH3SH levels are significantly correlated with the periodontitis;H2S may be produced mainly in tongue coatings. (CH3 )2S may be produced mainly in deep pockets.
