清热燥湿法治疗偏头痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察清热燥湿法治疗偏头痛的临床效果和对自由基的影响。方法将偏头痛患者100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组予以清热燥湿法治疗,对照组给服西比灵;治疗前后均检测自由基(SOD、MDA)水平,并对两组服药前后头痛指数及疗效进行评定。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组患者发作期SOD活性显著下降,MDA水平显著升高;经清热燥湿治疗后患者SOD活力升高,MDA水平降低。结论清热燥湿法可改善患者头痛症状,减少复发,提高临床疗效,且能对抗自由基紊乱。Objective：To observe the effect of clearing heat and expelling dampness method on migraine patients and to explore the influence of it in the free radical.Methods：100 migraine patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated the clearing heat and expelling dampness method and the control group was given the Flunarizine capsule.The free radical levels including SOD and MDA,the headache index and the treatment effect were compared before and after therapy.Results：The effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.In these attack stage patients of the treatment group,the SOD activity was decreased obviously and the MDA level was increased significantly.With the clearing heat and expelling dampness treatment,the SOD activity was lifted but the MDA level was lowered.Conclusion：The clearing heat and expelling dampness method can alleviate the migraine symptom,reduce the recurrence,improve the effect and confront the free radical disorder.
