摘　　要：目的:了解外来务工未婚男青年性知识和婚前性行为现状,为开展未婚男性生殖健康促进教育提供依据。方法:随机选择深圳特区马家龙社区四个工厂的外来务工未婚男青年进行问卷调查。结果:(1)外来务工未婚男性青年性相关知识水平偏低,大部分问题正确回答率均低于80%;(2)婚前性行为的态度开放,已有性生活体验的占被调查者的71.5%,未婚同居现象达52.1%;(3)因婚前性生活造成性伴侣意外妊娠达64.2%,造成意外妊娠的主要原因是没有采取避孕措施占46.56%和避孕失败占53.44%;(3)17.81%务工未婚男青年有过生殖道不适症状。结论:要加强对外来务工未婚男青年进行生殖健康教育,并提供避孕药具以减少性伴意外妊娠的发生。Objectives：To understand the status quo of premarital sex knowledge and sexual behaviors of unmarried working male youths, and to provide references for reproductive health education for unmarried males. Methods： Unmarried migrant working males from four factories in Majialong District, Shenzhen, were randomly chosen to complete a survey questionnaire. Results： The study results showed： 1） an average low level of sex knowledge among unmarried migrant working males, the accuracy rate for answers being below 80%; 2） a permissive attitude toward premarital sexual behaviors, with 71,5% of the survey subjects reporting sexual life experiences, and 52.1% indicating cohabitation behaviors, 64.2% of subjects reporting accidental pregnancy of their partners caused by their premarital sexual behaviors, mainly caused by lack of contraception measures（46.5%） and failure of contraception （53.44%）; 4） some discomfort in reproductive tract in 17.8% of surveyed migrant working males. Conclusion： Reproductive health education should be reinforced among migrant working male youth. Contraception drugs and condoms should be provided to them to reduce the rate of accidental pregnancy.
