摘 要:目的探讨提高护士自我效能的干预措施及效果。方法运用自我效能意识的灌输、积极的心理暗示、积累成功体验、建立榜样效应和建立支持系统等干预措施以提高护士的自我效能感。结果护士的一般自我效能感、工作满意度及患者满意度较干预前均提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对临床护士的自我效能干预有利于提升护士的自信,更大限度地发挥护士的潜能,促进护理质量的提高。Objective Discussing on the intervention measures and effects of improving the nurses' self - efficacy. Methods the methods to increase nurses "self- efficacy sense are the followings -using the indoctrination of positive psychology suggestive, accumulating successful experience, establishing example effect and peripheral support intervention measures. Results The nurses'general self- efficacy,job satisfaction and patients' satisfaction have been more improved significantly than before the intervention( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions It is beneficial for the nurses to raise their confidences,to bring into play the nurses' potentialities to a greater extent,to promote improvements of qualities of the whole nursing work,by using self-efficacy interventions for the clinical nurses.
