摘　　要：采用铝柱对粘法，通过测试对粘铝柱的粘接强度而得出磁控溅射镀层在聚氨酯涂层上附着力的大小。研究结果表明：胶粘剂品种选取是能否测出镀层附着力最重要的因素；胶层的厚度对镀层附着力测试结果有较大影响，胶层的厚度过小与过大都使附着力的测试值偏低。In order to investigate the adhesion of magnetic sputtering film on polyurethane coating,two aluminum cylinders have been bonded together by adhesives.The adhesion has been attained by stretching the bonded cylinders.The result reveals that the sort of adhesive is one of the key factors on the determination ,the thickness of adhesive strongly impacts the testing value of adhesion and the testing value decreases when the layer of adhesive is unduly thick or thin.
