摘 要:目的建立水样中痕量Pb2+的荧光动力学分析法。方法痕量Pb2+对过氧化氢氧化二氯荧光素(DCF)的反应具有较强的催化作用,使体系的荧光强度减弱得更为明显。反应体系的激发波长和发射波长分别为491和517nm,通过测定痕量Pb2+对过氧化氢氧化DCF后DCF的荧光强度来检测Pb2+的含量。结果 Pb2+的线性范围为4.0~100.0μg/L,检出限为3.1μg/L,其线性回归方程为:ΔF=828C+1.26,r=0.9990,平均回收率为91.3%~98.1%,RSD为4.0%。结论该法具有简便、快速、灵敏等优点,适合水样中痕量铅的测定。Objective To establish a new fluorescence kinetics analysis method for the trace lead in water sample. Methods Trace Pb^2+may present a strong catalytic effect on the reaction of hydrogen peroxide oxidation of dichlorofluorescein (DCF),when adding trace Pb^2+, the fluorescence intensity weakened more obviously, through the determination of fluorescence intensity to determine the Pb^2+ content. In the reaction system, the excitation wavelength and emission wavelengths were 491 nm and 517 nm respectively. Results The linear range of Pb^2+ was 4.0-100.0 μg/L, the limit of detection was 3.1 μg/L, the linear regression equation was: △F=828 C (μg/ml)+1.26, the correlation coefficient was 0.9990. Conclusion This method is simple, fast, sensitive and annlicable to the determination of trace lead in water.
