中外档案网站信息资源组织方式比较研究

摘　　要：档案网站信息资源组织是对档案网站信息的有序化组织与管理,信息组织方法的优劣将直接影响用户对档案网站信息的利用效果。本文首先分析了档案类网站目前使用的各种信息组织方式的特点,然后从档案信息在线检索能力、分类体系、全文检索能力、元数据标准等方面对中外主要的档案网站信息组织方式进行了分析对比,最后探讨了目前国内档案网站在信息资源组织方面面临的问题和今后的发展方向。Archives Websites Information Resources Organization means ordering and management of archive web information.It represents important influences on the utilization of the archives web information.Staple information organization methods used in archives websites are first introduced and analyzed.Then,information organization methods such as On-line search capabilities,taxonomic hierarchies,full-text search capabilities and Metadata standards are compared and analyzed between Chinese and foreign archive websites.Finally problems on archive web information organization and future development of domestic archive websites are discussed.
