摘　　要：目的探讨核转录因子NF-κBp65在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测95例NSCLC和27例癌旁正常肺组织(对照组)中NF-κBp65蛋白的表达水平,并分析其临床意义。结果 NF-kBp65蛋白在NSCLC癌组织中的阳性表达率(44.2%)高于癌旁正常肺组织(22.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.26,P<0.05)。NF-κBp65在非转移组中表达低于转移组(χ2=12.537,P<0.01)。NF-κBp65蛋白在不同组织学分型、分化程度、TNM分期患者表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而不同年龄、性别及肿瘤大小患者NF-κBp65蛋白表达率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NF-κBp65的高表达可能与NSCLC的转移有关。Objective To investigate the protein expression of nuclear factor kappa Bp65 （NF-KBp65） in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） tissues and its relationship with metastasis. Methods Expression of NF—κBp65 protein in NSCLC tissues （n=95） and normal tissues （n=27） was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression rate of NF—κBp65 protein was 44.2% in NSCLC and 22.2% in the adjacent normal lung tissue （χ^2=4.26, P〈0.05）.The expression of NF—κBp65 in non-metastasis group was significantly lower than that in metastasis group （χ^2=12.537, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The results indicate that NF—κBp65 protein plays some role in the metastasis of NSCLC.
