摘　　要：目的分析21例上腔静脉综合征的化疗、放疗及化疗＋放疗的治疗效果。方法1991年3月～1998年5月，对21例因癌肿引起的上腔静脉综合征者行化疗、放疗和化疗＋放疗。放疗用小剂量照射5天后改常规剂量、常规剂量及大剂量冲击照射5天后改用常规剂量三种方式，化疗用AEP或AFP方案，恶性淋巴瘤用MOPP方案。结果全组完全缓解16例占76．2％。结论放疗或化疗＋放疗的缓解效果优于化疗，放疗对于缓解上腔静脉压迫有起效快、维持时间长的肯定疗效，但是对同时伴有多部位的远处转移或潜在性远处转移者显得不足。对这类病人的治疗需要各科的合作，发挥各科治疗的优点才能取得较好的疗效。TO analySe the effiCaCy of chemp or ndotherapy alone or chemotherapy for the Plus edotherapy for 21 wb superior vena cava 21 ents with superior vena eava of radiotherapyforluded 5-dayS loW-dab on followal by dab edallon, nounal-dO6e edallon and 5-dayS high-daal folloWed byfor on, and AEP, M or MOPPus were aPPlied in chemp.
