摘  要:从经济角度出发,以系统备用容量最佳社会效益为目的,通过对系统可靠性和经济性之间的比较,建立不同可靠性水平下的协调优化模型。应用Mento-Carlo随机模拟法确定不同概率条件下备用不足期望值,根据负荷重要性分级求出负荷中断代价。分析了系统的备用容量费用与备用不足期望值的损失费用之间的关系,通过以全局控制代价最小化算法计算出最低总费用,最终确定在该条件下系统保留的备用容量为最优分配和调度。算例结果明确了供电可靠性和总费用之间的关系,表明了该方法的有效可行性。From the economic point of view in this paper,taking maximized social benefit of the system reserve capacity as objective,the coordination and optimization model is established in different levels of reliability,by comparing system reliability with economy.It also uses the Mento-Carlo simulation method to determine ERNS(expected reserve capacity not supplied) in different probability and using the importance of classification to work out the load interruption cost.The article analyses the relationship between the fare of the reserve capacity and the losing of the ERNS by minimizing the cost of the full-scale to get the lowest fare,and determines that the retained system reserve capacity in that condition is the optimal distribution and scheduling in the end.The simulation results clear relationship between the reliability of power supplying and total fare,and show that the method is feasible and effective.
