承接服务外包对企业技术创新的影响——基于我国IT行业上市公司面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：文章以我国IT行业上市公司为研究对象,从接包方的角度出发,运用面板数据回归实证研究了承接国际服务外包对企业技术创新能力的影响。研究结果表明：承接国际服务外包的企业在技术创新投入强度和技术创新产出方面均要显著高于没有承接国际服务外包的企业。承接服务外包的规模越大,企业的技术创新投入强度和技术创新产出就越大,这说明承接国际服务外包促进了承接企业技术创新能力的提高。此外,研究还发现企业规模和政府补助对承接服务外包企业的技术创新产出有显著的促进作用。This paper uses the panel data of China＇s IT listed companies to make an empirical analysis of the impact of undertaking service outsourcing on the technological innovation of enterprises.The result shows that the technological inputs and outputs of enterprises undertaking international outsourcing are significantly higher than those which have not undertaken.This means that undertaking service outsourcing promotes the technological innovation capability of enterprises.Meanwhile,this paper finds that the scale of companies and government subsidies have positive effects on the technological innovation of enterprises undertaking international outsourcing.
