摘　　要：目的对多发性硬化(MS)患者进行抑郁状况的调查并对其制定出相应的护理措施。方法采用Zung编制的抑郁自评量表对46例患者进行问卷调查。结果调查显示抑郁发生率为56.5%,多发性硬化患者发生抑郁状况与年龄、性别、职业无明显相关。结论多发性硬化患者有较高的抑郁发生率,在此调查基础上提出护理的重要性并制定出应对措施。Objective To investigate the depressive conditions of MS Patients and formulate corresponding nursing strategies. Methods Of all the 46 patients,Self-rating depression scale made by Zung was used for assessing the depressive conditions by questionnaire. Results We find out the incidence of depression is 56. 5% which is not related to age,sex and occupation. Conclusion There is a higher depression rate in MS patients,According to this,it is necessary to raise and work out nursing strategies.
