摘　　要：目的观察局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同期放化疗三年的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2010年1月我院局部晚期非小细胞肺癌行同期放化疗治疗患者58例的临床资料。结果随访至2010年1月,共失访2例,随访率为96.55%(56/58)。全组平均疾病进展时间为10.7个月,中位生存期16.1个月。第一年的总生存率为64.29%(36/56),第二年的总生存率为33.93%(19/56),第三年的总生存率为21.43%(12/56)。结论局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同期放化疗三年的效果较好,毒副反应可耐受。Objective Locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer three years earlier the clinical effects of chemotherapy. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2007 to January 2010 in our hospital with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with concurrent chemotherapy lines of 58 cases clinical data; Results Follow-up until January 2010,a total of 2 patients were lost,follow-up rate was 96. 55% （ 56/58） . The median time to progression was 10. 7 months,median survival 16. 1 months. The total first-year survival rate was 64. 29% （ 36 /56） ,the second-year overall survival rate was 33. 93% （ 19 /56） ,third year overall survival rate was 21. 43% （ 12 /56） . Conclusion Local advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy three years earlier is better,and the toxicity could be tolerated.
