华盼YC2D-A型全自动热丝切割机在低熔点铅挡块中应用

摘　　要：目的研究华盼YC2D-A型全自动热丝切割机在低熔点铅挡块中应用。方法通过对本科近一年来制作的200余块鼻咽癌常规放射治疗铅挡块和300余块三维适形放射治疗铅挡块的验证,对全自动热丝切割机制作的挡块进行分析和评价。结果有84%以上的铅挡块经模拟定位机的验证符合临床使用要求,约有16%的挡块需修改或重新制作,与以往的热丝切割机比较有明显改善。结论应用华盼YC2D-A型全自动热丝切割机制作低熔点铅挡块,提高了铅挡块制作合格率。Objective To study the HUAPAN YC2D-A automatic Hot-wire cutter in the application of low-melting lead block. Methods We analyzed and evaluated the lead blocks which made by automatic Hotwire cuttre,through the verification of more than 200 pieces of conventional radiotherapy blocks and 300 threedimensional conformal radiation therapy blocks of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the past year. Results All the blocks were verified by the simulator. We found that more than 85% of the blocks met the requirements of clini- cal application,and about 15% of the blocks need to be modified or reproduction. Conclusion The use of HUAPAN YC2D-A automatic Hot-wire cuttre in the production of low-melting lead blocks had increased the passing rate and achieved good efficiency.
