摘　　要：为深入了解神经系统的结构和功能单位—神经血管单元,本文就神经血管单元的组成,脑卒中后各个成分病理反应、相互作用以及信号转导相关文献做一综述,针对脑卒中病理过程中神经血管单元变化的各个环节,进行多途径、多方位的全面保护,使脑卒中治疗达到更理想的效果.In order to have an improved understanding of the NVU which is the structural and functional unit of the nervous system, the review introduces the component of the NVU, the pathological reactions,interactions and signal transductions of every parts of the NVU after stroke. This review also describes every components＇ changes of the NVU in the pathological progress of stroke,and comes up with muhipath and many-sided protections, with the hope of getting a better effect of stroke treatment.
