高龄患者白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术临床分析

摘　　要：目的:评价高龄白内障患者行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的效果及安全性。方法:回顾性分析58例61眼年龄在80岁以上白内障患者行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后视力及并发症发生情况。结果:术中无后囊膜破裂及悬韧带离断发生,无心脑血管意外发生;术后视力:61眼除有影响视力眼部合并症病例4眼外,其余57眼术后3d裸眼视力均在0.05以上,早期脱盲率93.4%,视力≥0.3者45眼,脱残率79.0%,2例硬核白内障术后出现较严重的角膜水肿,无角膜失代偿病例。结论:超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术对于高龄白内障患者是安全的,且手术效果良好。对眼部条件进行慎重选择,可减少严重并发症发生。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of the phacoemulsification and IOL implantation to the patients with cataract of the advanced age.Method： Retrospective analysis of 58 cases（61 eyes） aged over 80 who were performed phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.The acuity of vision and complication were analyzed.Result： During the operation,there was no posterior capsular rupture and lens nodular collapse in all cases.None of the cases had cardiac and cerebral vessels disorder.The visual acuity was above 0.05 in all cases except for 4 cases with other disease of eye in first three days postoperative.The restoring light rate and the rehabilitation rate were 93.4% and 79.0%.2 cases had serious corneal edema because of stiff nuclear.None of cases had corneal endothelium decompositions.Conclusion： The phacoemulsification and IOL implantation for the patients with of cataract to the advanced age is safe and effective.Carefully to choose the suitable cases can reduce possibility of severe complications.
