鼻咽癌患者生活质量及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:研究鼻咽癌患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法:应用鼻咽癌生活质量量表(FACT)、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表对我院就诊的100例鼻咽癌患者生活质量进行调查,通过相关分析和多元回归分析,筛选出影响鼻咽癌患者生活质量的主要因素。结果:鼻咽癌患者的生活质量得分均值为128.25±20.54,多元回归分析提示,对鼻咽癌患者生活质量影响的因素为:病情、年龄、应对方式、医疗费用。鼻咽癌患者的生活质量较低,病情重的患者的生活质量更低。结论:应根据影响鼻咽癌患者生活质量的因素给予有针对性的护理干预,尤其注意病情较重患者的护理。Objective： To explore the quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the factors related to the QOL of patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method： A convenience sample of 100 patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma was interviewed in our hospitals in Dongguan city.FACT,Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,Self-rating depression scale（SDS）,Simplified coping style scale and social support questionnaire were used in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied in data analysis to identify the factors which were related to the QOL of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Result： The mean core of quality of life were 128.25±20.54,The quality of life with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients dropped remarkably（P〈0.05）.The factors affecting their quality of life consisted of disease condition,age,coping style and medical expense.The nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients had lower quality of life,especially those severely diseases.Conclusion： The pertinent nursing intervention should be carried out based on those factors affecting the quality of life with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,especially for those patients at on set and with severity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
