摘　　要：目的总结和分析非牙源性牙痛的临床特点。方法对33例非牙源性牙痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果三叉神经痛10例;蝶腭神经痛3例;颞下颌关节紊乱症5例;涎石症3例;面部肌筋膜疼痛综合征1例;心源性牙痛2例;脑血管病变2例;上颌窦疾患2例;咽部炎症3例;带状疱疹1例;非典型牙痛1例。结论非牙源性牙痛临床有较多表现,需认真加以鉴别。Objective To Sum the clinical characteristics of non-odontogenic toothache. Methods The data of 33 cases of non-odontogenic toothache were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 10 cases of trigeminal neuralgia, 3 sphenopalatine ganglion neuralgia,5 temporomandibular joint disturbances syndrome, 3 sialolithiasis , 1 facial myalgia,2 cardiogenic disease,2 cerebral vascular disease, 2 disease of maxillary antrum,3 inflammation of pharynx inpatients, 1 herpes zoster and 1 atypical odontalgia.Conclusion The non-odontogenic toothache has more clinical manifestaions and need to be carefully distinguish.
