摘 要:舰炮随动系统调试、试验的控制信号一般采用正弦机发送的典型信号(正弦、等速、阶跃),这些信号虽然一定程度上模拟了系统工作时的控制信号,但仍与实际存在较大差异。舰炮随动系统实际使用的控制信号是火控系统的输出信号(射击诸元),用火控系统输出信号控制舰炮随动系统,得出其响应数据最为科学、可信。然而舰炮随动系统单机调试、试验时不可能用火控系统作为其控制信号发送设备。本文对火控系统输出信号进行了分析,论证了采用计算机根据目标运动数学模型生成目标运动航路代替火控系统输出信号,并以实例得出了舰炮随动系统试验的控制信号,与实测数据对比,得出了相应的结论。The control signal on debugging and testing navy-gun servo system is usually taken from typical signals(sinusoidal signal,constant-speed signal,step signal) generated by sinusoidal generator.Although such signals can,to a certain extent,imitate the control signals of working system,there still exist great gap to the actual demands.In practice,the control signal of navy-gun servosystem is taken from the output signals(firing data) of fire control system.So it will certainly be more accurate and believable to get response data by controlling navy-gun servo system with output signals of fire control system.And certainly,when debugging and testing navy-gun servosystem practically,the fire control system can not be used directly as the control signals generating device.In this paper,by analyzing the output signals of fire control system,a new idea is brought forward to get the target movement route by creating a target movement mathematical model with computer,and then by replacing the output signals of fire control system with the target movement route,the much more accurate control signals to navy-gun servosystem are collected.And at the end of this paper,corresponding test data and related conclusion are given.
